Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- This is your first paid subscription to InterviewPilot
- You request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date
- You contact us via email at divyansh2199@gmail.com
No questions asked - we will process your refund promptly.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- After 7 days from initial purchase
- For subscription renewals (only the first purchase is eligible)
- If you have already exhausted all your interview credits
- For partial months (we do not prorate unused time)
- If your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to divyansh2199@gmail.com
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and order/transaction ID (if available)
- Briefly mention your reason (optional, but helps us improve)
We will respond within 1-2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing Time
- Approval: 1-2 business days
- Processing: 5-7 business days via Dodo Payments
- Bank credit: Depends on your payment provider (usually 3-10 business days)
Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record) and issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your Account page
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
After cancellation:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your interview history will be preserved for 30 days
- You can resubscribe at any time from the Pricing page

InterviewPilot offers 1 free trial interview without account registration. No credit card required. This is a great way to test the platform before purchasing.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period via Dodo Payments. To avoid charges:
- Cancel before the renewal date from your Account page
- You can cancel anytime - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- You may also manage your billing through the Dodo Payments customer portal
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service:
- Contact support immediately at divyansh2199@gmail.com
- We will work to resolve the issue promptly
- If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or credit
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect:
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of our Terms of Service
