2. Description of Service

InterviewPilot provides AI-powered mock interview practice for technical and behavioral interviews. Our service includes:

• AI-generated interview questions
• Real-time feedback and scoring
• Interview history and analytics
• Multiple interview types (DSA, Behavioral, System Design)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Pricing and Payment

Free Tier: 5 free interviews per month with a registered account. One free trial interview without account registration.

Paid Plans: Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Payment is processed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details and eligibility criteria.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Use bots or automated systems without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InterviewPilot are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the code and answers you submit during interviews. By using our service, you grant us a license to process this content to provide the service and improve our AI models.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: InterviewPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Using our service will result in job offers
• AI feedback is 100% accurate or representative of real interviews
• Our service will meet all your requirements

InterviewPilot is a practice tool. Actual interview performance may vary. We are not responsible for job outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
